Relax And Sleep Well Hypnosis

I’m so grateful I discovered this app. It has completely changed the way my kids and I fall asleep at night. I used to struggle with ocd thoughts while trying to fall asleep. Since discovering this app, I fall asleep so fast and so do my children. Very grateful!

It works! I’ve been using the sleep induction tracts regularly for over two years. I started with the free sleep-hypnosis tracts and have upgraded to the (very economical) paid ones, partly out of simple gratitude. I love it!!!
