This is a crashed app. It’s still not fixed. Looked like not got fixed, but it’s not working. Crashes all the time.

I paid $5 and it doesn’t work at all. It’s a skam
App would not open after downloading - it crashes within 3 seconds of opening. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still failed. Not sure if it’s an iOS issue or what.
Spent 4.99 to upgrade to pro version but couldn’t make it work. Sent emails to customer services but emails were bounced back. How do I get my money back?
Service is unusable. An error is provided explaining that the service is unavailable due to server maintenance. Don’t bother with this app.
