Pocket Expense 6

This is a 5 star app for me. My life and budget literally revolve around this app. I guess it was the last update when it started deviating numbers from one device to another. I logged out and back in, which in the past would sync everything back up. Now it just gets stuck at 96%. There is a “fix sync” under the account tab, but it just thinks/loads in perpetuity. <br/><br/>When this is fixed, I’ll come update my review to 5stars but this is unacceptable from something I paid a lifetime subscription to expecting it to work.

This app is scam. There is no support and if you lose data there is no chance to recover. AVOID!!!!

A decade of data lost in a single update. No response from customer service. Try at your own risk. I’m switching to excel.

App used to be decent and worked well. Now it constantly freezes and double counts bills giving you bad information that you have go through to find when it counts twice. It doesn’t restore well from backups and loses a lot of data when restoring from backups when changing phones.

Have been using this app for years and suddenly all recent data was lost!

The app was updated last week and the data loss occurred. I have been seeing this from past few updates consistently. The app is great and would be better if this can be avoided

I had an issue with my data being deleted, as others have noted with the recent update, but the data has now been restored. I am updating my review to four stars because I have used and loved this app for many years, but I still say beware. It might be a good idea to back up your data somewhere (they allow you to export data in excel sheets).
