Zomato - Food & Restaurant Finder

Try to avoid this app, the customer aupport is so pathetic they have been unavle to resolve my issue for the last 8 months after following up multiple times. The only reply I get from them ask for the same information 100 times which have been provided. This is after having Zomato gold and spending 10k per month.

The best part about Zomato is the seamless login for an international traveler while others require phone number to login, zomato has email login options as well and host of payment options making international travelers like me who have returned to India to be able to place order even if we don’t have the local +91 number . This is lifesaving in terms of ordering late night food. Thanks Zomato. You are no longer an option, but my choice.

If the address and pin location doesn’t match, food order will be cancelled and we will not get refund. Be careful! Its a hit or miss and its not guaranteed you will receive the food all the time you ordered

App really help me order food for my loved ones from overseas but lately all the international visa and master cards payments fail miserably. Raised Tech Support tickets but no use.

I used to use Swiggy way more than Zomato but it seems now that Zomato has really great deals and a much easier interface.

Please stop using this service, imagine paying for something and receiving something else and when you have all the proofs, they simply outright refused to help you. You will never be able to reach a human to speak to, not even chat with, their entire support is premeditated chat responses (a set few options from which you have to select), and when everything fails, the final recourse is emailing them, where they tell you they cant help you, even if you have all the proofs. This is basically theft with extra steps.

When i tried to apply coupon on my first order it was saying invalid, Zomato really disappointed me!
