The Times for iPhone

Unfortunately, this app does not work on iOS. The app logs me out each time I try to open an article. Very disappointing. Not getting the basics of an app right is rather embarrassing for a company of this stature, and to be honest, there are so many sources of news out there that I just can’t be bothered contacting them for a fix to the issue. I’ll read Reuters or the WSJ. Passing on The Times and already contacted The Times to cancel my subscription.

Awful app as there are too many full screen ads which stops you from reading articles even though I’m paying a monthly subscription.

I don't know what changed but I can no longer get in and read through all articles and all of my saved article for over 5 years are gone - It says my subscription expired 9/6/2026 ????<br/>Horrible!

Like other reviewers, I also was forced onto this new ‘global app’ and similarly, I have to login for every article I read (and only a part of the article appears). When I contacted support, it appears my subscription has mysteriously been ‘cancelled’ Which I certainly didn’t do and Apple still shows it as an active subscription. All in all this feels<br/>Like some pretty sketchy behavior.

Articles are incomplete; nearly each article requires a separate login. I was forced from UK app to this “global” app but it is unfinished and unusable.

The ap has become unusably glitchy at times. Requires endless log ins. Very hit and miss (usually “miss”) functioning of the comments below articles. Strange links that are obviously wrong. Is Rupert Murdoch saving money by going cheap, or relying on Ai, with its software engineers?!

This app doesn’t work. They take your money and the app does not allow you to login. Worthless and buggy. It should not be available on the App Store
