Used to show large/mid/small cap, international/domestic, bond quality/duration, etc. Now, nothing. Worthless.<br/><br/>Come on Vanguard, you can do better that this.
My biggest complaint so far (deducted one star)<br/>is that you can’t switch to another app on the iPad, <br/>for example to check email or a spread sheet, with out this Vanguard App logging you out.
To submit a trade it doesn’t show the current market status. Lame.
Unbelievable that Vanguard would issue this app. The update ruined a perfectly good app. New version gives no overall account information or transaction history.
Come on Vanguard! I can’t see any of my portfolio after the “upgrade”. Please hire someone to fix this app. The website is equally unfriendly to use. I love investing with Vanguard but this is horrible!
App always crashes when viewing or downloading statements.
You can’t switch to another app, this app closes and you have to log in again such a waste of my time. I don’t have this problem with E.trade.
It is rather idiotic that when you choose to use face id, you will have to enter your password for every section you click on when you actually log in. This doesn’t just make face id pointless, it makes it ACTUALLY MORE TEDIOUS to use face id than to just use your username and password.
