8 of 15You drained my bank account of @80,000 coins last Saturday, what gives? Used to love this game, but think now it’s sorta deplorable.
Game crashes constantly after playing your turns and trying to return to the home screen. App Support just gives you the run around. It also crashes when you use the coins you have earned to purchase a help (blank tile, new tiles) and your coins are lost forever. Each update just makes the game worse.
This incessant request to write a review. I tell it no and it asks again and again. I really dislike being forced to write reviews, so when I am I tell people how utterly horrible the app requesting the review is. You have been informed.<br/><br/>After reviewing the app it is still hounding me to review the app. <br/>Pathetic.
I've been playing for years and enjoyed the missions until there were no more. However, recently, the makers have taken away my purchased (with real $$) backgrounds and have also taken away some of my balloons that I have used game coins to acquire. I refuse to pay for something again. I will be reducing my play and warn others to refrain from purchasing anything!!

They don’t support this app, it’s awful......
I’ve been playing this game now for several years on the paid version no less. For a long time it was kept well. Lately though at least for us voice over users, there are a lot of crashes with the extra features. Example, buying letter tiles or trading out letter tiles crashes back to game menu every single time. I’ve lost lots of points hoping with each new upgrade that these bugs will have been fixed. Otherwise, I love this game and it’s accessibility. Developers, please do fix this game! My rating would be a five star if not for the bugs in the program
It shows on the notifications that I have several games waiting for me, and that it’s my turn. When I open the app it shows that it’s still everyone else’s turn! I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, it’s seemed to fix the problem… Now it’s doing it again! I’m very disappointed with this. Is anyone else having this problem???
