8 of 25This app is effectively useless. It freezes constantly on the newest iPad, and the navigation is unintuitive. Venues are displayed full screen with no display options, and links to different sections just redirect to the home page (Travel > Best of Registry).

It’s a shame the app is so bad, it would be nice not to have to break out a computer.
I would like to take this time to tell you what an exceptional person Sara is. She was so very helpful and went above and beyond for me. I was trying to get my sister and my niece to have their hair and makeup done for my niece’s wedding on very short notice. Unfortunately Sara was booked but she did everything she could to find another person that could take care of my sister and my niece!! This was very much appreciated by me because I live in a different state. In a world where everything is so fast paced, and nobody wants to take the time to smell the roses much less take time to help anyone. I just can’t say enough about how grateful I am about Sara and if anybody needs a person for hair and makeup, please reach out to Sara. Thank you Sara!! Karen M. In Virginia
The app works way better than the website, which I would give 2 stars. 3 stars because sometimes it’s super laggy and I hate that I am unable to customize the blast SMS/emails to the guest list. They have these canned emails/messages that are actually pointless. Also you can’t send the message reminding guests to rsvp more than once which is terribly annoying. I didn’t find any of my vendors through here because only 1/2 the venues responded and then I just used the venues recommended vendors. Again, WAY more user friendly than the website, but overall could do better by letting brides write the blast emails (I can’t update my guests on specifics, transportation, or any day-of needs).
Such a great resource for wedding planning! Super easy to navigate and utilize to find venues and vendors. Also has super helpful articles!
First of all, the app had issues multiple times throughout our engagement (wouldn’t show chat history or messages, etc). Sometimes this would last a couple of days. Second of all, they would ONLY show the same vendors over and over and over again. I went to an alterations person off of their “high award winning recommendation” and was body shamed and called fat by the owner. I wrote the review on the app, and they refused to publish it because I didn’t have the shaming in writing (but in reality it was because they had given her multiple awards and receive payment). Seriously, save yourself the headache.
You can’t actually track gifts on your way to your address. It led to my package going missing. Cherry on top is that customer service is useless.
Style quiz won’t update
The Knot was so helpful to stay organized and to get my wedding planned. To cut to the chase the biggest thing that was such a pain was the fact that they don’t allow you to customize the messages you sent to your guests. You have to choose one of their premade messages and usually their messages are not sufficient for what needs to be communicated
