Diggin' Dogs

It's a cute idea, but horrendous tilt controls and a little too much urgency tend to ruin the fun. <br/><br/>When the controls do work (which is a good 95% of the time, to be fair), it's still a bit off. The dogs don't really animate as well as you'd hope and come off more like wind-up toys then they do cute little scrappy dogs. Sometimes one or more of the dogs will refuse to do what you expect it to and just stops or starts going backwards/upwards. This happened to me in the very first tutorial level (I had to restart it) and almost every level I played subsequently.<br/><br/>It's also a little frantic keeping the dogs clustered and away from danger, so you'll find yourself zooming through levels. The problem here is that this game promotes exploration and wants you to find the treasures and the bones, but you'll often zoom by them just trying to get your dogs under control and in a group due to the maze-like level design.<br/><br/>The end result is a game that could be unique and a lot of fun with more polish and a few updates, but sort of misses the mark in the meantime.

Its ok... I wouldn't complain if it were free, but it isn't super amazing or anything.

The dogs are just plain adorable, but as stated in some of the earlier reviews, the gameplay itself is a bit lackluster... Especially compared to some other Chillingo adventures. But it's a nifty little time killer if you're bored with all the other choices.

Excellent game, tons of fun, but it sorely needs Game Center achievements.

Oh my god this game can really get your mind tied up in it. I really lost all track of time. Its too much fun and before you know it, your 3 hours late for work but worth it. We all know, jobs are a dime a dozen right now. ;-)

The dogs are so adorable!!!

Great way to kill time whenever you're hanging out on the pot.
