Only OCCASIONALLY works on an iPhone 12 Pro, rarely on iPad Gen 4 Pro both using latest 17.7 IOS.
This found nothing for me and offered me no alternatives.
They can’t much right anymore. Fire all upper management and start over you people have cost me time and money. Broken product and crap software.
Same here with no printer found. I checked and double checked every possible way to connect from my phone. Also there is no option for air print.<br/><br/>Useless and pointless.<br/><br/>Going back to Brother printer. Where I can print from my phone without all this running about wasting time. Could have had multiple pages printed
Can't find
I bought an Epson WF-3720 and I got the printer hooked up to my WiFi, my phone is hooked up to WiFi but this stupid app can’t find it. I am done. I am taking this brand new Epson printer back to Best Buy and recycling it. It is no use to me if I can’t print to it. At this point I will not buy another Epson printer.
Thought with all advice programs that you will be able to fix find printer on Ipad & IPhone direct but still NOT working. You need to fix that
