Buyer beware after years of being a loyal reader, o suddenly lost all my magazines. I had purchased all back issues and was up to date. Contacted support and we are now 10 emails over 2 weeks in and they are not able to restore my purchases. Customer support is non-existent
If it’s in print you own what you purchased. Guitar techniques and Total Guitar apps were purchased and can no longer be accessed after publication ceased. Total scam.
The app needs a software update. It’s clunky and has a permanent red badge “1” notification.
Yes, I paid $24.95 extra for access to all issues only to lose access of issues I had in my collection from January through June of 2021. I have contacted Customer Service several times and what should be a simple problem to correct is still unresolved. Proceed with caution with these promos. Otherwise, almost as good as print. I was hoping Digital would be more convenient though.
Not cool.
The digital interface of guitar world ruined this once great magazine. I subscribed and nothing ever actually worked. Luckily it was a free trial and I could cancel. Made me create an account through some third party which would never actually recognize. No magazine issues would ever download. I signed up for literally nothing to happen but waste my time.
I used it and it helped me alot
