The app is not bad with some promising features but it’s shared plan stopped working 2 weeks ago. In order to see data usage at the app level you have to create a VPN profile and use it all time which aside from being suspicious prevents you from using any VPN. Further, drilling down into history is cumbersome and digital to see when you used a lot data luke days and hours. Finally, shown numbers don’t quite match what the carrier reports and roaming data is sometimes being reported even if you’re nowhere near the boarder?!
Get hit with this for months now9
“Oops, this help center no longer exists

The company you're looking for is no longer using our help center. I used to find the app very helpful in tracking usage and avoiding overage charges. However, the data usage that it now shows for this month is wildly inaccurate. (I don’t use the VPN functionality.) The help desk is no longer available, there have been no updates for two years, and the link to App Support goes to the app on the Google Play store. Too bad. It was great while it lasted.
I am looking for more granular information to see vampire apps and I hope they get it better
Good
I can not get privacy or data support. From app it gos to zendesk saying no longer affiliated.
After 3 years the data stopped updating and no amount of rebooting or searching can tell me why it crapped out.
