This app used to be so good. However now with the convoluted sign in from logmein to goto and back password are not remembered and trusted devices doesn’t work. Enabling passkey doesn’t help because the passkey integration is broken. It is quite obvious that after the sale to goto many years ago the services have not been up kept as they should be. Lack of a MacOS AppStore app shows this as well. .

Not able to change account through the app. Was stuck and was forced to cancel due to cost, after years of total satisfaction with remote access using app.

Requested a receipt for payment and had a huge runaround made it very difficult just to get a receipt for a payment that I already made.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to logmein years ago and they suddenly stopped honoring it. I paid a premium price to avoid an annual charge and now my access is limited.

It won’t let you login, just takes your username and password and then sends you back to re-enter everything. Huge waste of time and money.

Stays thinking and doesn’t actually log me in ironically. There’s no update to the app and my internet connection is great. Please fix this asap.

Log me in is forcing me to use Google Authenticator. The windows app won’t generate a QR code. If I generate a QR code with the iOS app, I can’t use Google Authenticator on the same device to capture the QR code. I’m on an emergency service call and don’t have any spare mobile devices.
