I opened this new version and it has been downloading something for the past hour. Totally unacceptable. <br/>I've already weighed in on the mbrace app and its many inadequacies. <br/>MB makes great cars but they sure need a new app development staff. This stuff is a joke.
So here I am, watching the app "installing" for the past 5 minutes. I have no clue what it is installing or even if the process is still doing something useful, because it just loops and loops through the same screen ... The UI, as I barely remember it, is well planned, but the UX is lacking.
Very good app
While it could be a great shopping tool, it's hamstrung by long load times for the car info. If you're interested in an SUV, you still have to wait for all the sedans and coupes to load before it gets to the SUVs. Each model takes 5-10 minutes to load, so don't expect to use it quickly. If the developers could add in the ability to only load the vehicles you're interested in, it would save space and wait times.
This app is a great, easy to use tool, for shopping Mercedes-Benz. The UI is well designed and makes it easy to browse a wide selection of vehicles and customize the car to your liking. The dealer features are robust and make choosing your next car a pleasureable experience.
The design of this app is pretty nice but Mercedes should be flat out ashamed of the way this app was developed. I've never seen such a useless app since after I download it I realized that to actually be able to use it meant I had to wait 35+ minutes on a blazing FIOS connection for all the content to slowly download and install. When driving to the dealership and doing a real test drive is faster than your app - you need to fire your developers.
Simply doesn't work. Takes forever to load information. I running a brand new iPad Pro-128. Can't imagine how much torture it would be on an older device. MB-get your reliability to improve-this App and your cars!
