8 of 25My fitness pal makes life easier when you have to track your sodium, sugar and fat intake for health reasons. I've tried a lot of things but this is the best!
Great app! Really made me realize what I was eating and how little I exercised.
I am sick of all these Lapland divas and my daughter being diabetic I know losing weight can be done naturally and looks so much better without the black circles under you eyes or the sharpii look so of Baggie skin. I choose to do it with my buddy, my pal, my friend Fitness Pal.
Needs to prompt regarding water consumption and exercise.
When we finish logging lunch, it would be good to suggest foods and quantities left for reaching the nutritional and calorie limit.
I have been using this application for over 2010. It has helped me control my weight and understand what I'm really eating.
I love this app. It's so easy to use, most of the foods I eat are already in the lists, and It's really helping me chnage my eating habits. I am not dieting, I'm tracking. I have lost 10 pounds in the first month and am motivated to keep on going.
After using it for years on my iPad, MyFitnessPal has stopped working. I can get to it through the website and through my smart phone app, but my iPad app just stopped. When I look it up in the app store, it says that it is only iOS 6 compatible which (yes, yes I have a very old iPad) but that doesn't make sense for you to make an update that simply stops the app from working or expects me to purchase a new iPad just to enter my numbers.

Very disappointed.
Works as advertised. Keeps you honest.
