Animoog

I got this very recently. I was just messing around with the presets, and I could feel my phone vibrating. I thought the keys had some kind of haptic feedback or something, no, it was simply from the sound coming out of my iphone speakers. That’s how much depth and fullness this has, and I expected nothing less from Moog.

So it gets one star because until I can use the app and not have to force quit my iPhone X, it really doesn’t deserve a higher rating.

I am using it to create sound effects and background music for a movie/video, and it works fantastically! I am not a musician, and I do not play an instrument, but the touch controls for the app on the iPhone work so well and are so fun to use that even with total music ignorance, I can still get great sound effects and ‘music.’ Thanks for creating the app, and making it affordable. Highly recommended!

Still have to literally reboot the phone to exit the app.<br/>Latest update, graphics still do not support (utilize) the full screen on XSMax.<br/>Makes me wonder if this release was even tested.

I just downloaded this for $2.99. It is an amazing app! Love the sounds. This is also my first software synth!

If the app is crashing on you:<br/>I got it working again after I removed it from my phone and re-installed it from the App Store. I first tried removing it through the Settings-General-Storage &amp; rebooting the phone, but that did not work.

It’s bad enough, that unlike the rest of the Moog Music apps, AniMoog needs to be bought twice, once for iPhone, once for iPad.<br/><br/>What is however the pinnacle of audacity, is that the extra preset packs need to be purchased twice, too.<br/><br/>Bought the whole set for the iPad, and I’d have to buy them AGAIN for the iPhone. I think not!
