This was the best sleep app available.
I have been consistently using this app for almost 5 years. It has helped me develop better sleeping habits and improve my quality of sleep. I like the gradual wake alarm using sounds from nature, especially sound of ocean waves which doesn’t wake my parter. One problem, this app crashes often so I have to set a back up alarm just in case. It has also had 2 massive crashes where all my sleep data was deleted so I don’t have the full 5 years of my sleep patterns:(
the alarm at all. It also randomly changes the song I choose for the alarm sound to a completely random song from my iTunes library. It had been recording my sleep most nights but now does not even do that anymore, and now the screen is completely unresponsive when I wake up in the morning, so I can't end the sleep session and no data is generated. My husband and I both have experienced these failures at different times and have had some discussion with the developer, who then seemed to have lost interest. So I am looking for a different sleep monitoring app now.
I prefer the old format much more.

I love this app. But it hasn’t been updated In years and now it’s out of date and wont work. Such a shame.
