The content that is on the app is good…but I want all the other old shows and movies on the app so I can reminisce on the old days!!! DISNEY PLEASE!
Lately the app on my phone has been giving me a black screen/wont even load in… but it works just fine on my tv?? This is upsetting because when my husband is on his Xbox I like to watch tv on my phone and with the app having issues I can’t :((
It’s interesting that the developers for this app direct users to customer service, and choose to continue to ignore the same, reported issues for 4 months straight. How about testing the issue vs. deflecting.

all of the content i want and should be able to watch is locked & every time i try to sign into my tv provider it says authentication error
I used to love watching Freeform on the go and since they couldn't strike a deal I lost the ability to watch Freeform on the go. Now that they have come to an agreement meaning I pay more I can no longer watch FX or Freeform on the go. Why? I have called and called and all they can tell me is that “it could take a while before I'm able to watch them on the go again”. Really, why? I already pay way too much money for cable and now I can't even watch FX or Freeform anymore. FIX THE ISSUE!!!
