I fell for the marketing tactics and paid for a year’s sub and the only thing I can say about that is “oops”.
Be careful, this app employs a full scale assault of the standard marketing tactics used by unscrupulous developers that focus only on the bottom line. There is nothing offered here that can’t be done for free using countless other file management apps. Save your money.

The App size is 67.5MB but the Documents and Data are 2.71GB! I have found no way to purge these files and have even written the company TWICE with no reply.
I delete all files in the queue after transferring from my phone to computer and have not found a “purge cache” or whatever command within the app. 3 stars as is. 5 stars if they can fix this.
Presently you can only delete the app and reinstall to get rid of the Documents & Data cached within the app.

Works - BUT . . .

I bought the Pro version (local, no cloud storage) and tried it between my iPhone 14 Pro (latest iOS 16.1.2) and my MacBook Pro 16 M1 Max (latest MacOS 13.0.1 Ventura). I had to figure out on my own that in order to even connect, I had to go into Settings and set a password (no indication that this was required). At that point, I could connect via Finder as Guest (which I thought odd, because I have the system Guest account disabled), as well as via a web browser ... once I got there, the (short but sweet) Help instructions were easy enough to follow and I was able to transfer a couple of test files (a PDF and a TXT) quickly and easily ... The on-screen instructions on the iPhone app tell you not to close that open window on the iPhone, or file transfer connectivity will be lost - fair enough. The BIG irritation for me is that, while I did not close the window, as soon as my iPhone goes into automatic lock screen (AutoLock) after 30 seconds, the connectivity is lost! So it's not just a matter of not closing the window - you cannot even let your iPhone go into lockscreen mode! Apparently, I have to constantly attend to and tap the iPhone (at the same time I'm concentrating on transferring files on my Mac) in order to make sure that the iPhone does not lose connectivity. Yes, I could change my iPhone settings to lengthen or even disable AutoLock every time I want to use this app, but who wants to have to do that everytime just to run one app? That's a hassle. Developer - is there any way to work around this? Either way, this is something that should probably be documented in the Help screen. If not for this issue, I would give it 4-5 stars, but because of this annoyance I am giving it 3 stars. Will change if there is a fix or a different workaround that I am unaware of . . .

Incredibly Useful App!!

by Martial over · October 17, 2025

Air Disk Pro is an incredibly useful tool! Once I understood the functionality and began using this app, I was quickly able to take charge of my documents, and so much more! All of my important and unimportant items are now just a click away! Once items have been saved, the app provides immediate access to the inevitable giant library of life papers that we all possess. With just a few steps, I can organize items from different formats into nice little digital copies that are tucked, safely and neatly, within my iPhone and always just at my fingertips!!
There are ZERO mi ADs displayed, which is much appreciated when trying to get things accomplished! Highly recommend‼️

Bait and switch scam by developer

• If you’re like me & previously paid for the “pro” version of this app you’ll be surprised to find that all those “pro” features are now locked behind subscription plans which developer expects you to pay for again—attempting to use the “restore purchase” option does nothing.
• I bought this app a couple of years ago because it was very useful, highly functional, and had a clean UI. It was very convenient to use but now the app has permanent ads & pop-ups bugging you to pay for “premium” features like being able to sync with cloud storage services… of which they only support three (if you don’t use iCloud or Dropbox tough luck!). The app is marginally functional now and is so obnoxious to use because the dev’s focus is making the app a cash grab rather than something useful. There are better alternatives to this app turned advertisement. Don’t support greedy developers that treat their customers like this.
