Well done

Demonstrates how the Mandelbrot is infinitely detailed by giving a deep zoom on a few select regions. While other Mandelbrot viewers will allow you to specify coordinates, they won't even compare to the depth that this app provides.

Not much to explore

by A nature guy · October 7, 2017

As you can first see, you can't move and explore on your own because it's a bunch of png images and some special effects. Also, there are about three areas to explore too! This star is to say "At least you tried!".

Fractal mind warp

Great app, a real mind bender without a prescription.

Very nice!

Even tho you can only select three places to start, it gives a wonderful tour into world of fractals

Very cool glimpse into this world...

The author states up front that because of the incredible amount of calculations required, this app only allows the user to explore THREE AREAS. So, if you download this (free!) app and are actually disappointed that you only got to see three areas, you can yourself to blame for that.

Smooth zooming, nice color palette, and three of the most interesting areas of the Mandelbrot set. Well coded, with a link to wikipedia's article on the subject as well. Five stars.

Cool

Pretty cool. Good app

Works as advertised.

It's not interactive though, so it's probably not what you're looking for. Also it does not seem to zoom very deep compared to the 64 bit fractal zooms on a popular video sharing site. This zooming slideshow app seems to zoom about as far as the (32 bit) Fractile Plus app which is interactive.
(The iPhone 5s has a 64 bit processor, so hopefully someone will make a deep zoomer.)

Same view

You get three points to choose from. Zoom in on those three over and over. No variations.
