My system has been down for months and I can’t get it back on line 👎
This is easily THE worst app on my phone. The security system itself is adequate for the price but using this app for remote viewing is virtually worthless! I’d say it works & pulls up the live feed about once out of every 40 attempts. All the other times it either does nothing & the screen stays black with what looks like a dumb cup of coffee icon in the middle or it says “cannot connect to server”. C’mon man, just fix it already!!!!
I loved Q-See. I had my first set up for a few years, then got a DVR that handled eight cameras instead of four. When trying to set up remotely, I had problems...as I did the first time. I got help from them.

To me, the instructions are NOT clear. I called for help and was told that I could buy a package or pay a one time fee of 49.99 to solve this problem. I understand their time is worth money, but if they are going to charge, the program needs to be something that works and has instructions that are understandable.

I am disappointed. I can now see remotely but I don’t know why. I fooled around with it enough that SOMETHING works SOMETIMES, but it randomly kicks me off. Now, I read on here that it could be the instability of the program. SO, I call and they charge me OR I spend TONS of time trying to figure out something that I can’t fix anyway. Not happy anymore.
