8 of 25Good info but once the subscription is paid for you get an error message and have to contact support to get access to it. Then the app is constantly freezing up and closing you out, makes it hard to look things up. The app has consistent inner updates for the medications but the entire app itself needs an update to make it more functional.
My subscription is effective until April 2022; however, the app stopped working and I am not able to access the content. It states my email, uername, and password are “not found.” What’s the deal?
Return my money or give me the full access I paid for!
This book was required for my nursing program so I purchased it. After using it and taking hours to find and type up TACTIS forms for my patients I decided that I no longer wanted to go to bed at ridiculous hours and download the app to see if it was worth it and let me tell you it is amazing! You can search the medications you need, bookmark the ones you use most often or whatever you need to book mark, you can copy and paste things to word documents or wherever you need to paste to or from(you can copy the medication name and paste it into the search bar). I cut down my work literally by about 3 hours. Just by using this app. I recommend it to everyone but not many people listen and get it and then they don't understand how I get my med lists of over 20 medications done in less than an hour. If your wondering if you should get it. Let me tell you you absolutely should!
I’ve had problems with this app for the past year. When I try to update, it shuts down. It doesn’t have a lot of the drugs I give regularly. Use a different app.
I've been using this app for less than a month. So far searching for a specific med is more tedious than it needs to be. After typing the partial name, it should take 1 step to find the info I require. I'm trying to figure it out, still.
I paid. It doesn’t work. You have an app problem and I want a refund.
Numerous drugs are missing from the data. I’m talking about popular drugs, like Zofran. Every time I try to update the content, the app just kicks me out and I get nowhere. Really frustrating since this is an app I have to actually pay for. Extremely unsatisfied. Also, good luck contacting support. Now I have to find a new app, and try to get my money back from this one.
