8 of 25Please fix some of these bugs with this app, random notifications to nothing, marked read messages becoming unread, and phantom estimates. This makes managing care for several accounts difficult.
Unable to maneuver through.
Unable to sign into account, can sign in through browser with same credentials. When I hit login it shows a small grey dot below and then stops and nothing happens, no error, no wrong password message, nothing… app is a complete joke
I don’t know where to report bugs.

I used the app to get a detailed bill and it was very fast! However, the message told me to find the report in “statements and letters” (I’m unsure about the statements part - but sure about letters. )

And I cannot find where the report ended up.

There are some other confusing aspects of the interface. I do not send many medical messages, but 3 of them were left in draft mode after I tapped send. I will now wait a longer time before leaving the send screen .. even though I’m not rushing through the process.
I've had and used the app for several years, but the last few months I've been unable to log in or change my password. The app says "more information is required" since the app thinks I'm a scammer trying to get into my own account, I guess. Since iOS 26, not the only app that's gone bad, but this is the most needed. Guess I should be glad I still have a laptop or I'd be up the creek.
Nothing works. I can’t get pages to load, everything comes up with an error, despite deleting and reloading several times.
Every time the app is updated (which is frequently), I have to put in my login and password again, instead of using the Face ID that I had already configured from the previous version. It’s inconvenient and annoying.
App will not load.
