Will not work after last update

Okay, the flash drive does match the application but no matter what I do, it still won’t connect properly. I restarted my phone, deleted the application then installed it again, removed my bulky phone case, and still nothing. I pressed “Allow” and when I go on the application, it still says that no device is connected and that I needed to restart my phone.<br/><br/>Is there another option or just the application itself? Thanks

for some reason the app won’t work with the thumbdrive anymore even though it was working just fine yesterday and the days before until now<br/>i don’t know what’s wrong but i wouldn’t recommend the product or the app

Please solve my problem

The last update killed the app. It no longer works in conjunction with the photo fast HD memory stick/i-stick.
