8 of 15This seems to be a browser that values precision and balance, and that's a good thing. I'm impressed with Maxthon's user interface and quick performance. It has the ability to become the device default browser if you want it to, but it also makes a great complement to another default browser, for when you want efficiency and control. Highly recommended—this app is well worth the download.

Probably one of the few if not only, browser in the appstore actually legitimately worth considering using/switching over to. <br/><br/>1. They are upfront about not collecting user data **at all** which already makes them stand out amongst the other flavored browsers that can only hide behind gimmicky privacy features.<br/><br/>2. Even more remarkable is that the browser loads surprisingly quick. It's definity on par with Edge, Brave, Safari or Chromium if not significantly faster.<br/><br/>These two main points alone I think the browser deserves to be recommended.
Just when you get this browser loaded with shortcuts and operating as you like it will become inoperable. Has happened to me 3 times.

The app is crashing at startup since the last update.
Managed to fix it not rotating with the system defaults.<br/><br/>Here is the workaround I found.<br/><br/>First tell it to force landscape.<br/>Then tell it to force Portrait.<br/>Then tell it to follow system defaults.<br/><br/>All of a sudden it’s working again. You turn the screen and it rotates automatically like a champ…
