When I start a game it crashes. I used to love it but now I can't even play it. Either give me my money back or fix it please

The game crashes WAY too much. It does that iCloud update thing, and it crashes. i open practice mode, it crashes. i play a quick game, it crashes. developers NEED to update the game and fix the crashes. and every game i play there's this nasty lag that drives me crazy. until the lag and crashes are fixed this game deserves less than a one star and is a massive waste of money.
I love and I used to love this game so much, but now when I try to play it crashes every time I go on to the loading screen. Please if you can make an update for the game.
This game has been amazing for me, it has all the things I wanted, with some minor exceptions such as no generated rookies, (they bring back retired players as rookies) it has a bunch of glitches, like when you do the wrong thing, the ball goes invisible and it looks like there isn't a ball. If they fix the bugs and random crashes this game would be a great game.
Can you please just delete this off my purchased list because I still have iOS6 I want iOS 7so badly but I can't get it because I purchased this app this is craziness just get it off my purchased list now!!!!
Please make the gamer work in 2021 cause I miss nba 2k13 can fix the engine
