My only complaint is the gems they are mixed up and 500 is 20

I spent 2.99$ so I could get my child 50,000 coins. I only got 20,000. I didn’t realize that at first so I went ahead and made another purchase for 50,000 coins. Well do math and she should’ve had 100,000 coins. No. She only has 40,000. I thought the deal seemed odd with it being 9.99$ for 20,000 coins but I went for it… I wish I would’ve got what I paid for but she does love the game even tho definitely was false advertising. Wouldn’t suggest buying coins.

I used to enjoy playing this game as a kid. I would play it all the time. But not long ago, one of my dogs grew critically ill. I didn’t have any gems and I wasn't about to pay 2.99 for it. I had to abandon it. I feel that this is not right and needs to be fixed. I know your trying to make money and keep your company afloat but making us abandon are pets is just cruel. There are many other options than just gems and it wouldn’t be hard to fix. I have deleted the game and stooped playing. Until this is updated I will not be playing this game anymore. I’m sorry if I sound mean. Thanks for your time.

Doggy game like my name but not fat

I have been playing this game for months now and I have run out of quests todo as well as gems to buy more pets. To get more free gems you have to wait at least four days for my next single free gem. You can get gems from the wheel spin every four days but those wins are few and far between. I mean I have a nice time redecorating my shop but that’s all I can really do at this point and I am at level 49.

I bought more coins 1million for 4.99 but only got 50,000 coins. i need a refund

Ok so l was trying to download the newest virson and guess what IT FREAKING CRASHED anyways so like when l was a little l was trying to get the mini pinchers and every time l tryed it would just crash and like nobody can get the polar bear because it 95 PEOPLE ITS FRIKING 95 PEOPLE anyways so yeah so l think you can like every daily log in we can atleast get one or two gems or something and also during the holidays and stuff we want like some spooky or like some Christmas stuff like that and all and we also during the holidays we want atleast get ten gems right or five gems or something like that Yeah so l hope you guys can do that for me Anyways merry Christmas HAPPY HOLIDAYS HO HO HO

Parents please be aware of this, as I played this game as an 11 year old this happened: my puppy randomly gets extremely ill and a screen pops up saying that my puppy got extremely ill. So it said I could heal it using diamonds of course I had 0 diamonds. So what did I do? I wrote this review to aware you parents and people who are about to download it. I do not want anyone to spend money on some diamonds that will heal this puppy but only one puppy?! I think that once you make 1M coins you can buy a vet who can take care of the sick. That would get many, many more players knowing that sick pets in this game are sick. As known you will spend money, but the fact only for one puppy is very critical to know none others can get saved unless you spend money. Parents I dearly hope you ready this to know your children\child will be asking for you to buy this. I don’t know if you would but just to know that I should help you dear players and parents and even the developers to fix this you should try to help everyone saying this. I am only 11 I know but I am already helping people and decided to check it out and see if people are just faking, but no they are not. Which is very helpful so about money to buy diamonds they just want your money and there are still ads. So I don’t know why they would do this except to get your money! Or to hurt your heart I do not want this to happen so make sure you tell your kid to show you what you download. Then ask them for their iPad/iPhone and read reviews to make sure that it won’t be making you spend money of course I probably spend some money on diamonds once in a while but not every second. So parents please beware of this HUGE problem that must be fixed. I do not recommend this to anyone too young. Such as,4 5 6 and 7 year olds. If your child is under these ages such as 4 please play it with them but it is your rules not mine so I cannot control your children/child. But I do recommend this to any kids under 4 or at the age of 4 5 6 7. 8 year olds and up have had to go through this. I have had to as well at age 9. It was very sad to say goodbye to my cat who died. But I was brave so I knew I could still live with her kittens. And of course I did and I still do! I just don’t want kids under 4 or at age 4 5 6 7 to play such a game. I know 8 9 and over go through this more than once. But younger children will be devastated and they shouldn’t be begging you for money to spend. Of course I have had once or twice. I learned I could save my money and have luckily have. So I have a decent allowance or maybe more than decent but you know. I still do not recommend this to young children who will be asking for money to spend on a baby puppy that will probably die anyway sad:(. But more and more with get critically ill and more money being spent. The developers just want your money and making you get more and more hearts broken. Just being greedy and selfish for your money.
