Restaurant forgot a food item? You just wasted 100k and cant even get a voucher? You use this app, this will definitely bound to happen. Their support team will not help. No contact number and ignores chat

Nov 2019 - Chat is bugged on my iPhone 6. I can see the keyboard but can’t see the text box. If I need to chat with the driver I switch to the Now app. App works fine otherwise. :)

The app is full of fake reviews from accounts created just to give some particular restaurants a 9.0-10. So don’t trust the reviews and score there unless you inspect them carefully. And sometimes it takes forever for them to find a delivery driver. My orders rarely arrived on time, even when the eta was an hour. Now I just use vietnammm and grab food instead.

The manager who’s answer the phone call, not the shipper, is rude!

The saved list are too complicated, stupid system present, I am sure no elderly would know how to use it<br/>Also I got kicked out of the app every 2min, annoying bugs

I have had to stop using Foody/Now for food delivery. My last order, after waiting awhile, I called the restaurant. It turns out the restaurant doesn’t offer delivery through Foody, even though the app confirmed my order. This current order has already been over an hour, and the driver just left the restaurant. They switched drivers 3 different times from when I ordered. This system they have in place here is not one you can trust, better to just call the restaurant.

App freezed at open screen and wouldnt stop loading. I deleted and reinstalled many times but no fix
