Original app was much better.

by AnvlEdge · December 16, 2021

This was a much better app before this company took over. It was just like the original board game with no splashes or frilly designs in the background. I miss having the original app that I purchased so I had unlimited play online. This app is nothing in comparison.

"Timed" levels ruin game

by ShoobyTaylor · August 27, 2018

It's an OK game, I guess, but in trying to make it "harder" as you progress, instead they just made it more annoying. It's a strategy game, but for no reason at all, they start giving you time limits, so you have to rush and don't really have time to think about your moves. If you stop to think, you could be playing the waiting game, and then because you took a second to long to think about a move, you lose. That's not fun at all, it's just annoying. If the fun part of the game is thinking and strategy, you shouldn't have to rush through it, you should be able to think and strategize.

UPDATE: Tonight I came back to this fame after a long break. It took 2 minutes to remember why I abandoned it: one of the "timed" levels is virtually impossible, and unless you get lucky and guess right (since you don't have time to think and strategize your moves) you just keep losing the same level over and over again. And it doesn't let you skip a level, so you're stuck either playing the same impossible level dozens of times, or just deleting the app.

I deleted it.

Thank you for the latest update.

Totally awesome :)

New design

I don‘t like the new design at all, it’s unkind to the eyes. There should be an option to revert to the original design.

Cannot open, crashes on every attempt

I had a physical copy of the game, great game. So I decided to purchase a digital version. However it cannot open, so disappointed.

Abalone works great no crashes no issues and it’s a great game

I am so glad with the updates that abalone has been updated as well. The program runs fantastic. The game logic is phenomenal and I highly recommend this game. It is a very addicting game.

Needs another fix

Whatever update the developers did is causing the game to crash on version 14.7.1

Constant Crash

Enjoy the game, but it won’t stay open and if it does, it lags out making it unplayable
