Please fix this app.

I’ve been using Cute CUT since 2015 without any major issues, lately I can’t select videos from my gallery and import them into the app due to lag. Refreshing the app doesn’t work either. It’s currently not functional on iOS. The app started working for about a month, then the recent bug fix broke it again. Please fix this app, it used to be very reliable. :(

Been using this app since 2016 and it’s always been a bit buggy, but as of recent it’s been so visceral I can’t edit anything anymore. I’m crashing out rn I’m so fed up.

i’ve been using this app for years now and i bought the pro version over six years ago. my biggest issue is icloud storage. no other editing app struggles with my icloud library like this app. it takes forever to load my videos and my projects . i do appreciate that it does this to save storage *i think* but it takes way too long to load and it makes the app unusable for me. the speeding up of videos isn’t the smoothest either, and i wish the pitch would go higher so i could match it to the speed of the video.
