App doesn’t work

After paying to download the app I was never able to login it kept showing there was an error logging for 4 days I tried using vpn still no luck. I should have known it was a scam since the app was last updated 7 years ago. I wan my money back

Was hoping for this to work but most of time the items wouldn’t scan. Even if they did, nothing popped up. Requesting a refund.

I just bought this app, and every single time I tried to look up a product, it crashes. I haven’t been able to look up anything. Good idea, poorly executed software!

Every single barcode I scan now, all the same as they've always been, says 'this app does not support bar codes of this type". Why??? It has for the decade or more I've been using it!! I NEED this app! And I haven't been able to use it for months! 😕

Won’t let me set up an account without fb or twitter

I keep trying to sign up via email because I don’t use twitter or Facebook but it won’t let me. I paid for this app and should be required to use other apps just to create an account.

Can’t sign in

First of all creating an account was a nightmare. They just need the option to tie your Apple account. Secondly I can’t log in says wrong password but logged in just fine on my Mac with the same password and username.
