8 of 15The monitor is often faulty and requires multiple do-overs to get passable readings.<br/><br/>Even after rendering payment we are rewarded with nag screen after nag screen.<br/><br/>'No thanks, not interested in signing up so that my health data is surrendered and could be sold to third parties. No, really, I am not interested in signing up. No means no.'<br/><br/>'No thanks, I am aware you make other apps but this is the only one of interest... or is it?'<br/><br/>FYI, most people haven't the time for this nonsense.<br/><br/>Apparently, the payments from a collective ocean of customers is yet insufficient to fund respectable performance from this dev team. Thumbs down.
Appears to be an abandoned app. There’s been zero updates for a year now, and functionality is not smooth, more or less clunky. I hope apps like these should be removed from the App Store.
I'd been using the free version of this app for a while with no issues, so I decided to upgrade to the paid version. As soon as I go to use it, it asks me to sign up. The free version didn't ask me to register. If I had known this app couldn't be used without a registration, I wouldn't have wasted the money. I'll be requesting a refund; it's useless to me.
I’m an avid walker, I have a low resting heart rate. I bought the paid app thinking it would fix this issue, nope! My resting heart rate is around 44 in the morning and this app keeps telling me I’m using it wrong, so It won’t record it. How about fixing that?
I just logged out my Heart Rate Pro by accident and found I couldn’t log in back again or sign up for a new account. This app was the best app for heart rate tracking and health management. It’ll be a pity if it’s been discontinued. <br/>5 stars for my love of this app before.
This paid app used to pester me to create an account whenever I used it, so I gave it a low rating an rarely used it. I’m glad it seems to have stopped doing that!
I am blind and use the iPhone voice over setting. This app is difficult to use in the voice over mode because it does not describe what the “buttons” are for and I do not know what the I C 1, etc. functions are used for.
app is not friendly at all for iPhone X. Takes many tries to get a reading. Frustrating.
