I’ve paid for the annual subscription. Everything was working great up until 2 days ago. Now I can’t send or receive messages. I’ve deleted and uninstalled. I have ensured the app is up to date. I’ve reached out to ask for help resolving this issue to no avail. Really frustrating!

I was charged 39$ after I downloaded the app and then started the trial. I canceled the trial within 15 minutes so therefore I should’ve not been charged. Please refund me ASAP
It keeps crashing and wen it does work it doesn’t load the content right and everything is jumbled around. Fix this app and give me my money bac!!!!!
