8 of 15Purchased a deck bundle and was charged immediately. Decks do not appear in the app an hour after purchase.

Suggestions to fix included “Restore Purchases” and deleting and reinstalling the app. Neither worked.

No contact information to provide a resolution or request a refund.
First you have to pay to get the app, then once you’re in you only get a few decks and you have to pay for any of the good ones. Disappointing to say the least.
You buy the app but you can’t play unless you spend more money on a deck. The game isn’t 1.99 it’s 39.99
Why do we have to pay for the game and still have to pay for the cards what the point for paying for the game if we still have to pay for the cards
I bought this game for family trips. It is super fun and has some other categories. I decided to buy the in-app purchase of the lifetime unlock, to get all the categories unlocked. Be cautious: You do not get access to the Marvel or Justice League despite it saying you get ALL content unlocked. Contacting WB support doesn’t help and is worthless. They’re too big of a company to understand your problem.
It is good but you have to buy
i love it
I purchased the lifetime pass which I was apparently misled to believe would include all present and future decks. It’s lots of decks but I sort of resent being told “for a limited time” I can buy the marvel and dc decks for $8.99.
