Helping me make better choices

by Mecjh864 · July 6, 2026

I always thought I ate healthy…organic, non GMO, mostly lean protein, lots of veggies and fresh fruit. OK, so I have a couple of indulgences: chips and a sweet tooth. But I couldn’t lose weight even by moderating my indulgences. Noom has taught me that my eating wasn’t nearly as healthy as I thought. By following their cues and using the food color guide, I’m making better choices, seriously reducing chips and sweets (but not forbidding them) and being more conscious of protein and exercise. I’ve lost close to four pounds in a month and it makes me want to keep going. I wanted sustainable weight loss without drugs. So far, Noom is working for me.

Scam!!!

This is a scam! I cannot possibly believe that the positive reviews here are real!

They will not allow you to cancel. They will continue to charge you.

The user support function does not work. They will not respond to my correspondence through any other means.

I may have to take legal action

You pay for mediocrity and top dollar

Yes, I’ve lost weight as a matter of fact I’m down 60 pounds but that’s not because of this app that’s because of me, yes they give you direction and your body responds. My complaint is this app is cheap. But you were charged premium also their drug pushers with their GLP ones. I’m not satisfied here lately. There’s been a lot of loading issues with the app and lessons repeating. They’re not even based with their customer service in the countries that they promote their business they don’t care. They use as much AI as they can. You can make your own decision on whether or not you want to use this application however I will not be renewing any subscriptions with Noom.

If I could tell someone I’ve only lost 4 pounds maybe they’d up my dose - it’s complicated to understand dosing

I had tried Noom originally two years ago and it worked - I didn’t have the money to keep going. now I’m realizing that I need the structure and accountability that will get me going to losing more weight. It’s really helping! I like the lessons, although the last set of lessons were repeat, that doesn’t usually happen that’s why the four star
