Nice app but missing a few useful features…

by Netuser · April 2, 2024

I find the app so useful that I purchased the Lifetime Premium option. It is well designed, stable and truly versatile. However, there are a few features that I find sorely missing: 1) the capability to do keyword searches in a text document, and 2) be able to loop continuously from point A to point B in a video. Hopefully the developer will take notice and add these features in the future. Otherwise, great app!! UPDATE: Another useful feature that is missing is the ability to re-arrange (drag and drop) photos in grid view and have the app remember their new positions. Please add this functionality!

Great app. So close, but...

Great app. Love its folder, folder, and browser capabilities. Close to perfect, but just a few nits:<br/>1) The web browser and file viewers need Find in Page.<br/>2) Likewise, the Text editor needs Search &amp; Replace. <br/>3) Should be able to set a passcode other vaults without setting one for the Primary.<br/>and/or<br/>4) Ability to create a new vault and set it as the Primary.

I love this app

This app is really nice to store photos and videos. I’m using a iPhone 12 Pro Max, and the app feels a LITTLE bit laggy sometimes. <br/><br/>Also, are you guys able to add some quality of life options where the video won’t pause if you swipe right to skip further in the video? It’s kind of annoying when you have to unpause the video after trying to skip some parts of it over and over again.

Awesome app, but one big flaw

by Laurchel · March 20, 2024

I love this app, it’s amazing but there is one big flaw that needs to be fixed asap! When you have a document open and you leave the app, when you open the decoy vault that document is right there to be read. Doesn’t seem to happen with anything other than documents. Please fix!

Great app, terrible set up

by PurpleReign6023 · May 4, 2026

The app functions great but WHY would you not make users create an account or recovery email? Things happen, things get forgotten. So now I have to lose hundreds of saved items because I wasn’t told or even recommended on settings up a recovery? The whole point of the app is for it to be secure, not inaccessible, or destroyed.

Superb!

I am a long time user and this app is near perfect. Of course it’s great for hiding photos and files, but it has some tremulously useful organization features. You can have folder inside folders inside folders inside folder… The tag feature allows you identify photos inside multiple folders and then you can use a “Smart Folder” to display only the photos that have the specific tag! It’s great!

I did love this app with the ability to have individually locked folders with folders within. However with Apple’s new 26.0.1 Preview installed any folder is viewable password protected nor not just by using Preview to open it and any sub folders. <br/>Please FIX!

Best Video Photo app ever

by Barry Angry iPhoner · April 6, 2025

I have tried several different video photo organizer apps and they all fell short of advertised functionality. Max Vault got everything right. The importing is flawless. The WIFI importing/exporting is an added bonus and works like a charm. Highly recommend this app if you’re tired of screwing around with ametuers. Well worth the yearly rate. 🙂
