8 of 25This is a great app. The only feature it’s missing is the one that shakes me out of bed and makes me start moving.
Had this for years. At least 3 phones. Make workout as hard or as easy as you want and as short or as long as you want.
It’s good to start workouts with this app. The exercises are easy to follow, and the interface is simple and user-friendly. It helps me stay motivated and keep track of my fitness progress. I would recommend it to anyone looking to build a healthy workout routine.
My mom has had this app for years and I recently downloaded it. It tracks your progress and the streaks help me to continue each day. This is the best 7 minute version in my opinion because it’s a 1 time fee.
The app doesn’t track with your phone properly and from the comments it looks like it hasn’t been updated. I paid for the other workouts before learning this. It still works if you start workout on your watch and then start the app but it’s not as fun.<br/>Update: Received a message about updating my review. But the app works about the same. With that being said it’s still my go to for HITT workout.
Still working great even tho it hasn’t been updated in years and i love that you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription like every other app nowadays. Super great workout app i lost 60 pounds with it when i first started using it in 2018
I like the convenience of the app; it doesn’t have onerous exercises; I use a reminder to get started each day. The progression is helpful and I can stay with some levels if I want to.
This 7 minute workout challenge is easy to use and simple with enough variety to keep me engaged. I’ve used it for years, taking breaks and coming back to it as desired. Sometimes, the biggest challenge is just getting started and this app helps with that as dedicating 7 minutes is so accessible.
