I wish I read the reviews before purchasing this app. We troubleshooted the iPaD and there is NO sound. Very dissapointjng even after paying. I see that the developer didn’t even fix it or respond to the other reviews. All the other Daniel Tiger apps work perfectly.

We just purchased and it does not have sound.

Can’t figure out how to get the volume back…any suggestions?

Tried everything. Sound not working. Same as other reviews.

I tried going through the steps on Ap support and the sound still doesn’t work.

There is no sound on the app. It also won’t show up on the apps list in my settings. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, updates, but nothing works 🤷🏻‍♀️

App is good except the sound is hard to figure out. The app uses the ringer function for the sound, not the normal sound like Netflix and most apps use. So if you are using an iPad, thumb down on the screen in the upper right corner. Ensure the bell doesn’t have a slash through it.

My daughter loves this app but the sound does not work. I tried restarting the app and the iPad and it still doesn’t work. I emailed pbs kids but have not gotten a response. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
