8 of 15Upgraded to the 2 TB plan. Even after upgrading, pCloud continued charging me for the original service, as well. Support would take days to respond. Had to go through my bank to get the refund.

The service itself is below par. The app is full of freezes and other fun issues. Awful company.
Upload has stopped halfway through. Will not restart
Does everything you could want.
After repeated attempts to login with an SMS code, it rejects all codes, even though they are correct. Unable to test the app.
Overall, the app is good. I would give him more stars, but it tends to crash out at times and even the servers unavailable you would think at this point that these issues would be resolved given that the companies’s been around for a while and I’m paying for the service, however it still exist in the end the app serves its purpose, but please fix the bug issues like if I have a video loaded it should play not pause and do things that are not welcomed
Capacity is fine but it take too long to move stuff
As a 16 year-old, I’ve been able to store all my photos and videos. Using this cloud storage I’ve been able to download my Files in my music. This cloud storage has been my favorite than the other cloud storage I have used or paid for. And I also like the privacy.
also love the lifetime storage options
