The instructions are not arranged in an order. The GPS activation has been impossible

It was working fine for a couple of months and was using it until yesterday. Now when I open the app and hit “log in” nothing happens. I no longer have real time view.....

I cannot open my app to configure my device.<br/>I’m stuck in log in screen.<br/>When I down loaded the app I never added a username or password <br/>Now it is asking me to input that information.<br/>Is there any way to reboot or reset the app to install new information?

When I go into the app the gps says offline but shows online when I login using a web browser.

Well it was supposed to be real time that doesn’t work too well I have to keep refreshing to see where the car is and it’s not entirely accurate I’m really upset, I’m trying to get a number to contact these people and I cannot find a number anywhere so not very happy

It looks good and it is durable And you can’t get real time track or at least I can’t the app is jacked up maybe i jacked up something with the app I can get it to respond and everything but I can’t get the real time to work and it tells me I got the wrong username when I fact it is the right one so long story short there’s better one out there I won’t waste my money on this company

Does anyone know where to get the login into from? I seriously have tried setting my device up for three hours now and I can’t get past the login part. What is a “IMEI/ID”<br/>And where would my GPS give me this info?

I have used this app before no prob but I had to buy another TKSTAR gps and I cannot get the app to work now. It says not enabled. I am at a lose there is no one to contact.
