No longer syncs or connects with my car - no option for it in the app anywhere and can see my oil life or odometer anymore

Better now that it has been updated, convenient to request or schedule service. I like the alert if someone has opened doors when the car has been locked.<br/><br/>Update on my review after subscribing for two years. One functionality aspect I enjoyed was having the ability to keep my key fob with me and my wife being able to unlock the doors as a secondary driver. For whatever reason, the ability to “manage” drivers was removed due to an issue that I am not aware of. Contacting support didn’t go anywhere and it’s been like this for almost a year as of this month. I won’t be renewing my subscription when it’s time for renewal.

It is not accurate

I like that I can remote start the car, unlock/ lock remotely without keys and also adjust temperature. The location finder is awesome. But the app is kinda slow and I find I have to do it twice to have it work.

Super slow and doesn’t work all the time

I have had the app downloaded since i bought the car brand new in 2023. For years I have been hoping one day i could finally login and use the features. However it has never worked anytime i try to login it always says “We are unable to complete your request. Please try again later” or “We are currently experiencing technical difficulties”. Its had difficulties for over 3 years. Great car terrible app. Deleting the app. Not worth the download. Wish i could give a negative review.

The app is basically good but advertises a manage drivers feature but it doesn’t work. This is disappointing because it comes with the subscriptions but without being able to use it, subscribers are being cheated.

I love that I have download and install your privacy violating app, just disable your privacy violating data sharing on my vehicle…and then the damned thing just errors out. This is my eight Honda vehicle and my last
