First time I found a scammer app. Don’t be fooled by their promos☝️I know even me I didn’t expect it. At first itought their promos were awesome and real. But it’s not. They will give you cheaper products if don’t watch your order well☝️Then their csr will study everthing just to believe that you got wrong in your order. But the truth is they fooled us with their cheap and defective products. Watch out guys they will help sellers to scam you☝️rather use other selling app. Now we know. I was shocked on my experience with them. Don’t wait before it’s too late✊🏼you’ll just wasting ur money on this app. Don’t be fooled ✊🏼

The problems I have is with some of the sellers and why this is allowed. I was shipped the wrong item and a refund was initiated. The seller gave me several pick up dates and failed to pick up. Then he denied a refund stating no proof was given. I complained to Lazada and as this posting no response yet. Another where I placed an order from a local seller, it has been a month the item shows in transit and have been given several excuses has to the hold up of the delivery. These two sellers, I can’t get my items and can’t get refund. Sounds like a scam to me. This has never happened from an overseas seller just local Thai scammers.<br/>I’m avoiding using Lazada there are other options. I wish you would take the complaints serious and remove the scammers from your platform. I have read too many complaints similar to mine.

Shipper hãm l giao hàng để ngoài cổng làm mất hàng của khách xong nói “em ship đơn cũng chỉ đc 3k thôi chị” thế tiền t trả đơn đó là lá mít à. Xong kêu từ h đ ship nữa để đơn tự hoàn về shop. Nhắt tin thì để con ai chat đ giải quyết đc j.
