Ace Hardware

“My store” always defaults to Waukegan, IL no matter how many times I change it. Slight problem as that store is 4+ hours away. Very frustrating.

Never have any problems with it.

App required an update but took me to the Google app store. Wow. <br/><br/>Went to Apple App Store and updated. A message pop up noted to remove the app from my device until further notice as it will have an update. Gladly. <br/><br/>The app has always been slow and not worked very well. I hope it gets better.

Open app 5 min ago, or I should say tried to. Sent me to google play for “Required Version Upgrade”. <br/>Ha!!! I’m on my iPhone. Ace won’t let me use its app (that’s right, it stays stuck on upgrade screen). <br/>Like others have said, searches are a pain. <br/>Look at an item in search results and you cannot back out to look at rest if results. <br/>Who writes this software??? <br/>This is like going to an auto parts store and the person behind the counter doesn’t know how to use the computer to search for the part you need. The other hdwe retailer (TV) has an absolutely useless app. Worse than Ace. Thanks to them for helping us (NOT) do our work. <br/>Lousy database software, lousy interface, <br/>= bad impression on customers and loss of business.

App doesn’t work at all anymore. Launch the app and you’ll see an “Under Construction” message asking you to delete the app you just installed. Why does Apple approve apps as horrible as this?

When does the new Ace Hardware store app come out??

Terrible app - doesn’t work. Very frustrating when you’re in the store ready to check out.

Ace apps are always very disappointing. Very unstable, continues to freeze and jumpy. Home screen always defaults to another store after always saving local. I do not recommend using this app.
