Wanted to rate this pretty well and did enjoy it in the beginning, very glitchy and buggy but I can put that aside. It's fun. However, I signed up for the 3 month subscription, never recieved an email receipt for the purchase or anything. Kept an eye on my bank statement and knew that I would have to go in manually to cancel, as it renews automatically. Now, it's about 5-6 months later and I'm still being charged. Still trying to cancel my subscription, I've been charged consistently every month, followed the directions to the literal T to cancel but nothing has worked. Just wanted to let others know - they don't make it very easy to cancel your subscription... that YOU'RE paying for...

Put the unavailable songs back! What is it with the spontaneous banning of songs? “oH tHe ReCoRd CoMpAnY wAnT mOrE mOnEy!” Very funny, y’all. I’d like the old and “removed” songs back.
I’ve loved just dance since it came out. I just wish they would add more of the older songs and on the just dance for the switch I would love if they would put a world dance floor to be able to connect and challenge others.
Can the creators please explain why we pay for a subscription just for the game to magically not work? When I first open it I had to deal with a black screen and no music, once I reopen the song stops like halfway through because of a random error. We tried changing our casting device, changing the browser we used, changing the device we casted on…and still nothing. Please fix the app because clearly this is an ongoing issue for a lot of users!
the app is fine but the website has been so slow every time i go on it for the past few MONTHS. like the song will randomly freeze and glitch
I am only putting 5 so you can see I got this on my iPad and I can’t use it. It says use your iPhone as a controller but I have an iPad . It also made me connect to my tv. Pls fix it so then iPad people can use it cause this makes me very very very mad and upset.
