Tales from the Borderlands

The game is good. And the first episode is a good length if could be bought for $5 so I bought the whole game with every episode. None of them will load. I’ve tried everything. Turning on and off, deleting and downloading, I even updated my phone but nothing. Please get on this problem soon, I see a lot of reviews with same problem.

Listen, I’m pretty sure I’m the only person leaving a review after TFTB was pretty much blasted out of the app store, but this game is fantastic. Back when I discovered it in 2017, I had just finished Borderlands 2 and Borderlands the Pre-Sequel. I was hungry for more content and this game didn't disappoint! In fact, I loved this game so much as a 17 year old that I bought the season pass for $15 (with the little bit of money my Summer job paid me) to play the whole game. Gosh, I even bought the whole game on my Playstation so that my friends could understand how great of a game/universe that this story unfolded. I know what happened to Telltale, I understand that they went under, but coming back to this game in 2021 and not being able to restore the $15 purchase I made to play the whole game broke my heart. I know that this game was incredible to fans of the Borderlands universe and non-fans as well. 2K, please. Please do something to make this game work again. It’s got such an incredible story that was always bound to intrigue people who were unfamiliar with the Borderlands universe and the characters are just as charming as ever. Imagine my shock when I couldn’t find this app listed in the app store in 2021 and I had to go back through the apps I’d previously downloaded just to find and redownload this game on my iPhone 12! And then I wasn’t able to restore my previous purchases and I read tons of reviews about how people purchased more episodes of the game just for it not to work. It’s depressing, really. A strong game gone to waste because 2K can’t be bothered to modernize it. This is my plea, I don’t care whether or not a season 2 is made; the original story makes sense with the Borderlands universe and your writers have been able to work with the HUGE story changes that were made in this game (spoilers, i know, sorry but: all of Helios falling?! HUUUGE Borderlands story shift that’s only explained in this game!). Please make this game playable again. It’s amazing and I wish I would’ve experienced this game as someone who had never experienced Borderlands before. It’s just that good with it’s storytelling, character charm, and decision-making. This was the game that made me love Telltale games and I’m so, so sad to see it be left to rot. I suppose I’ll just have to see if it’s still playable on my PS4. If not, you’ve lost a diehard Borderlands fan because BL3 didn’t deliver the same way that this game and the real Borderlands games before it did. Why give up on a story and set of characters that could’ve been so pivotal to the universe? Just make this game playable again. Goodness, please.

I love the game over all I played the first episode it was great so I purchased the second and it took my money but wouldn’t allow to download game keeps saying the telltale server is down I need someone to help

Played through season 1 and really enjoyed it so I bought the season pass which was $15. Come to find out you can’t download seasons 2-5. Just get errors. “Can’t connect to server”. Meaning they are basically scamming you out of $15. Doubt it will get fixed meaning they haven’t updated it in over a year. But was really hoping to play meaning borderlands 3 takes place after this.

I want my money back. Why is the episode bundle pack still “able to be purchased” when the company is dead and downloading is impossible??

I’m playing through the first chapter and I purchased the rest of the chapters as a package. All other chapters are not loading and all I get is an error message. All emails to support have gone unanswered. I’m pretty disappointed. Any idea if I can get a refund?

I bought the other levels but when I go to download them it says failed to download. How do I get the levels I paid for.
