The MSN app has been a favorite of mine for years. Always up to date on the latest updates and features of the day. Try it, you will love it.

This is the worse news app ever I mean really. It says like it’s about rain when the sky is clear and the news is awful. They report news that has already happened two days ago. This is not how an app should report news.

This app continues to get worse over time. Today (07-08-26) I loaded the most recent version of MSN. The Rewards tab disappeared!! Prior to this the ‘Search One Time’ function doesn’t work correctly. I opened a call with Product Support, but it was quickly closed without a fix. How about if you just go back to a version from 6 months ago?

Every time I click on a new video to watch, this app continues to show the previous video. I can’t get to a different video until I completely exit out of the app and reset it. Sometimes, then, the video I wanted to watch has disappeared. What is with this stuck video. I’m going to start watching a different news app.

The app used to be pleasant and I actually for one, enjoyed reading the news. <br/>Recently the use of carousels (several rows) of news where you can scroll down or side ways to click an article went haywire. If I click one then try to go read another, I get an unrelated article. <br/>Eventually the app freezes. I have to close it, wait then start all over again. My iPhone is. 16 Pro with plenty of storage. <br/><br/>Developers: please feel free to contact me for a demo. This is real horrific. The UX/UI is frustrating and I might need to delete the app and revert to msn website. You really need to go to basics. This design isn’t helpful at all and has no cohesion to basif user experience
