can’t even log in. it just tells me to use facebook and then when i sign in with facebook it tells me to sign in with facebook again. great job guys!

I signed up for this app, especially because ChatGPT referred it because I was in Panama from the United States and wanted to literally speak with someone and learn from an actual live person. Yes, I have several apps on my phone, but then I felt that it was easier to actually learn to have a conversation with the ongoing live person. However, I never even got a chance to get into the community and received an email stating wrongful use that there was a complaint about me how can you complain about me when I was having issues trying to even get in repeatedly into the community when I even sent the information to the email that I’m registered with I just now get another one saying we take our community safety, which I’m all for that, but I’ve never even got a chance to get into the community. No one’s called and reached out to me to say what I supposedly have done to be banned and I think this is piss poor business and I will be putting this on my YouTube page. 😞 I am a senior person who wanted just to connect with other people and broaden my conversation skills through this app yet I never even got past anything I had Wi-Fi problems. I had logging in problems, but the only thing I get is I did something that was unsafe. Tell me what I’ve done first of all don’t just kick me and ban me and I don’t even know what’s going on. I wish I could upload pictures because I would upload exactly what was said to me and not even the compassion to find out my point of view or any explanation which I think is a bunch of BS so yes, I’m angry because I’ve done nothing wrong but yet no one is telling me what I supposedly have done wrong for someone in the community, which I never even got to complain. That’s stupid.

I’ve been using Tandem for a long time, and it’s one of the best apps for meeting people from all over the world while improving language skills. I’ve made friends from many different countries, learned about new cultures, and had countless interesting conversations.<br/><br/>The community is generally friendly and respectful, and the language parties are a great way to practice speaking in a relaxed environment.<br/><br/>I would love to see even stronger moderation against scammers and fake profiles, but overall it’s an excellent platform. Highly recommended for anyone serious about learning languages and making international friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
