DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DIVERT YOUR CHILD TO ANOTHER APP FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I PAID OVER 60 DOLLARS FOR THE BUNDLE WHICH DOESNT WORK AND ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY FOR EACH ONE SEPERATELY AND APPLE WONT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE DOUBLE PURCHASE. TRIED TO REACH ORIGINATOR BUT THERE IS ONLY A SUPPORT EMAIL TO SEND YOUR REQUEST TO AND THEY DO NOT REACH OUT TO YOU ONCE THEY GET IT. BAD SERVICE FOR A NON EXISTING APP. THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING. VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS. MOST LIKELY WILL GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF MY BANK WONT REFUND ME AT LEAST HALF OF WHAT I LOST HERE. DISGUSTED WITH APPLE AND ITUNES.

I have a 2 year old under my family share plan. I initially purchased it on my iPhone so that the app bundle (Endless School Bundle) could be downloaded on the ipad that my child uses. I received two receipts yesterday. Once for my account and once for my child’s account, totaling $120!!! Apple’s “support” stated that it was not refundable and I couldn’t even talk to a person. I went to the Originator support link, and again there’s no contact info. $120 is ridiculous!!!

We purchased this app in the school bundle and are very happy with them all. This app in particular had an issue on our end. I contacted their customer support and they responded immediately and walked me through resolving the issue. Couldn't be happier with the product nor the customer service. Highly recommended!
