Created by a group of students as a 3D project for Mediadesign Highschool of Applied Sciences in Munich, DaWindci has developed into a beautiful and addictive touch-based puzzle game, exclusive to iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad. DaWindci is selected as an Apple Design Award winner for its clever design, simple gameplay, integration with iOS, and great 3D visuals. DaWindci uses Multi-Touch gestures to paint wind, hurricanes, and lightning which help navigate a hot air balloon through each level. Optimized for iOS 5, DaWindci supports the new iPad's Retina Display, uses OpenGL ES extensively, uses GameCenter achievements and customized appearance APIs, and incorporates its own original music.

Designed and developed collaboratively by a group of students at Dalian Nationalities University, China, Little Star is a 30-page interactive children's book with beautiful illustrations and original artwork. Available only on iPad, in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Little Star is the story of five friends on their journey to catch stars. Little Star is a great example of the results students can produce on iOS. Little Star is built on UIKit and uses Game Center, Core Animation, Core Audio, Multi-Touch, and the accelerometer to provide readers with unique interactivity, learning, and game play.
