It skipped the intro for me

Boring, grindy cash-grab

by bad slice experience · December 27, 2022

Occasional chuckle-worthy quips in some of the story interludes but the whole thing is a slog, from leveling characters to all the space missions, and the interface was cumbersome especially in the battles (which have no way to pause I could find so had to plan when I could actually try a fight).

The fighting system was disappointing, the special moves were underwhelming particularly at higher levels, and the torrents of resources to move the needle for those higher-level characters even a tick higher (and all the work to get them, just to have to flush them away so quickly) was such a grueling, unsatisfying mechanic loop.

And then, in grinding for the premium currency and unlocking items only available using that resource (in a random unlock sort of way without any seeming ability to choose) only to learn some of THOSE characters have their own level-up mechanic different than what they made a player used to until that point (disks instead of career chips) and to have that other leveling item also only available behind the gate of the premium currency was more than a little annoying.

Overall, it just wasn’t a fun experience. One star is charitable.

I love this game. I can’t get off the moon because I need to robot cop, but won’t let me get him with out spending real money. Disappointed for sure because I watch their shows back to back sense 1999. Please fix and I’ll keep playing

Love the characters

Love the show, and characters hate the company. Try to ask for support…you will be asked to repeat yourself for weeks, months than the case closes. But they complain when your use aggressive language. Do not bother. This game will allow you to get characters to level 3 but pay, pay, pay if you want a thing over level 3.

Monday= scientists 5% chance
Tuesday = captain 5% chance
Etc…but that 5% is 1 of the many needed.
There are apk programs to download the 3 versions of money.

Don’t waste REAL money on Healing & Revival Packs

by Billdekay · August 17, 2022

I was down to a mono a mono fight and they got me. I’m still hovering over the planet and game offers a revive option. I decided to pay for one revive since it was one against one, and it turns out they reset the mission.

Live and learn I suppose, but when I play a game that creates an investment of risk and then random chance takes away your ability to complete, that’s a model I will never fall for again.

If you’re going to offer an out-of-battle healing option you don’t reset the battle. That seems like common sense, but what do I know. I thought this game was supposed to be fun, not fool you into paying for senseless stuff.

That’s really lowering the bar on customer interactions and it’s the type of mistake you only make once, but was the $1.99 worth it to you guys to lose my faith in your game?

Oh, and an “are you sure” button on upgrading tokens from 3 to 4 stars would be nice. Spent two weeks trying to get my Villain up and I finally hit it and then lost it due to an upgrade request. I unexpectedly hit ten tokens when I was trying to get 8 tokens and didn’t see what they were asking in time to avoid making a senseless upgrade that I can not reconvert after the fact.

One thing Simpson’s Tapped Out gets right is they make sure your customer feels good about their purchases and that’s not what I’m feeling here guys. Granted your a wholly different company, but I gave this game a shot because the franchises are related.

You make money with the time or the money I spend, but if you waste my time, and then you waste my money, then you lose a player. This game hasn’t had an upgrade in ages so I’m sure it’s only around to plug new games, but a little effort from the design team could have turned this around.

All I feel like is you guys aren’t rewarding enough to be your trained tap monkey to justify your revenue stream from advertising. If your purchased revive and healing items are expensive and useless, what’s the point of them?

People STILL play this??

Game hasn’t been updated in years. As per customer support they dont have any plans to do so. Play at your own risk! I deleted and so has tons of people

Why have missions when you complete and don't get credit. If this only happen once ok but over and over no thanks.
